Discover How To Take Your Chief Architect Skills To The Next Level At The 2018 Summit At Sea

February 2 - 10, 2018

Architects, designers and contractors, join us for an action-packed, memorable seven-day, eight-night adventure aboard the beautiful cruise ship the Crown Princess.  Featuring education, networking, exploration, relaxation & fun.

Our 5th Annual Chief Architect & Design-Build Training & Networking Event Is Now Being Held Aboard the Crown Princess Cruise Ship

For the last four years I’ve hosted an event where we rented houses in Las Vegas and in Orlando during the International Builders Show and filled them with rabid Chief Architect users. To say it has been anything but an amazing success would be an understatement.

Almost five years ago the original intent was to do some Chief Architect training and attend the International Builders Show in Las Vegas. As it turns out having everyone stay in the same house, learning and breaking bread together has been one of the best formats for learning and networking that I’ve seen for a live event.

The education, networking and hanging out together have allowed us to form new friendships and collaborations.

We've all grown in many areas including using Chief Architect and implementing and expanding our design business.

In 2018 I would like to mix it up, and instead of doing our event based around the Builders Show I am doing an educational summit on the Princess Cruise Lines ship, Crown Princess.

The results of a short survey indicates that there is definitely interest from those in the Chief Architect community. So after much research this event is going to happen.

To calculate what your investment will be, I’ve taken the group discounted cost of the cruise, plus $897 for the three days Summit and webinars and that's it. Spouses and those from the same company can also attend the 3-day Summit for an additional investment of only $357 each.

I'm super excited about this opportunity, and hopefully, you will be too. The anticipation of an event like this is exhilarating.

I look forward to seeing you on-board the Freedom of the Seas.

About The Three Day Summit

Our 2018 Summit instructors will be covering a range of topics including Chief Architect, Marketing, Business, and Sales. The theme of our event will be "Making More Money With Your Design Services"

You'll get the opportunity to spend seven days and eight nights with industry leaders as well as some amazingly cool designers, contractors, and Chief Architect users. I'm so blessed to be surrounded by so many wonderful people! :-)

During and after the summit, we'll break out into smaller groups for some of the specialty training like Chief Architect Advanced topics. These breakout sessions will be voluntary and may occur in the conference center, one of the bars, by the pool or wherever we can find a place to put our heads together.

For the evening dinner meal we'll be dining in our own designated dining room as a group. There is nothing like breaking bread with fellow attendees to get to know each other.

We will potentially have access to the conference center at other specific times during the cruise. We may meet up for special brainstorming sessions in the evenings if there is any interest. As with any group of very smart people (Chief Architect Users), we will explore and solve many software, design, and (while we're at it) world problems.

Do I need a Passport to take this cruise?
Because the cruise originates and ends in Fort Lauderdale, FL it is considered a "Closed Loop Exception," so No you don't need a passport. It is highly recommended that you bring a passport with. If something were to happen during the cruise and you needed to fly back to the US, you would need your passport to enter the country.

Wasn't this cruise originally on the Freedom of the Seas?
Yes it was. But Royal Caribbean gave up our originally schdelued conference center to a company that booked a very large cruise and they ended up getting preference on the times. The alternative times we were given were not acceptable. We are excited about meeting on the Crown Princess as they have worked hard to accommodate our group.
